What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

Anyone representing the people of my country should be chosen on merit only, not to put a tick in a box. If you really want to represent the people, you should respect them and only want the best people for the role and not base it on sex!

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

I take it this would apply to men declaring as men?

Self id is NOT a true balance of the sexes. How on earth can a pretend woman represent a woman?

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

I doubt you'll listen to any objections, but I don't believe anyone sees this Bill as value for money. You could put off people from voting.

Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the Bill?

People will see this as a complete waste of money for a country with a population of 3.5 million people, when money would be better spent on NHS, education and improving the economy, not increasing the numbers of an already inadequate members club.

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

Have you assessed the financial impact? If you had, you would scrap the Bill. Money should be spent to improve lives, not on a vanity project which will help no one.

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

Too much information is hidden and buried withing the documentation. It's not obvioys that you are trying to bring in self id through the back door. How on earth can a man dressed up as a woman possibly comply with the research you've completed about women? Your research is extensive, but based on much larger countries and by people with the same ideology as those of the Welsh Labour party. Is your reaearch based on sex?

Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights?

We are no longer in the EU (Wales voted overwhelmingly for Brexit), so we'd be better to be aligned with Westminster as I trust them. We've had very effective human rights laws in Britain before entering the EU (we implemented Magna Carta),

Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the Bill?

There's a lot of reference to research, but little proof the Bill will improve lives.

I'm not sure you're taking people with you. What a complete waste of money. People will stop voting.

Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related matters?

I don't accept self id; sex is immutable. You are not representing women by allowing men to declare they are women. Your research suggests women work differently and have different ideas in the workplace, so respect that for real women, please.

With our NHS service in the state it's in, waiting times are the worst in the country, education system is abysmal (think of the pisa test results) and poverty still high, whycarevyou wasting money on this ridiculous vanity project. Wales has 3.5 million people, what a waste ofctime and money.

Stop the self id, protect our youngsters and respect women.
